Fordham Place | Building Performance Potentials

Starting with the current building design as a baseline, this report identified a series of pragmatic energy, operational and maintenance enhancements that achieved an integrated high performance building. Beyond their own merits, the energy enhancements qualified the project for extensive financial benefits from the State of New York (in the form of direct incentives, beneficial financing, and tax credits) as well as gaining the attendant publicity / recognition by NYSREDA (New York State Research and Development Authority) and as a “green” leadership project within the Borough of the Bronx.
